About The Estate
Tucked away in Temecula’s wine country, Ivy Manor offers a thoughtful blend of romance, history, and elegance. Spanning 18 acres of gardens, rose-covered pillars, and brick pathways, the estate feels like its own world. It is calm, inspiring, and visually striking. Formerly known as The Humphrey’s Estate, the property was originally crafted by Bob Humphrey, a devoted builder whose vision shaped much of what you see today. His influence remains in the rose gardens, statues, fountains, and the hedge maze that continue to define the character of the grounds.
Every part of Ivy Manor reflects intention, from the open lawns and garden corridors to the quiet nooks and well-considered architectural details that encourage exploration. Whether you are here for an event, a creative project, a peaceful retreat, or simply to spend time in a setting that fuels imagination, the estate adapts naturally. Its layout supports both small and large gatherings, wide views or private moments, all while maintaining its signature elegance and charm.
Chuck and Ashley Campbell got the keys to the castle in 2023, carrying forward the story of a property that has meant so much to their community. As long-time Temecula residents, they’ve built their lives, raised their family, and grown their businesses in this valley.
Over the years, they attended events at the estate, created memories here, and even chose it as the setting for their own engagement and family photos. Ashley has photographed dozens of weddings and portrait sessions on the grounds, while Chuck has a long history of local involvement and community-focused work.
Their connection to Ivy Manor is rooted in both admiration and experience, and stepping into ownership felt like a natural continuation of that story.
Together, they are committed to honoring the estate’s history while thoughtfully shaping its future with Ivy Manor, welcoming guests into a place that has always held a special kind of magic.

Carly is our on-site Venue Manager and in-person liaison. She keeps everything running seamlessly with her eye for detail, love of creative projects, and natural ability to bring ideas to life.

Justin runs the technical side of Ivy Manor — sound, lighting, and power, all handled so seamlessly you never think about them. Drawing on a background in audio engineering, he makes sure nothing distracts from the estate itself, and lends a steady hand with event setup along the way.

Amy is the behind-the-scenes force that keeps Ivy Manor running smoothly. She manages the business & logistics, supporting the estate’s operations.
DYLAN MERTLICH
Dylan is the estate's quiet craftsman. He fixes what breaks, anticipates what will, and keeps watch through the late hours - closing down the estate and handling whatever the day left behind. Most of his work goes unseen, which is precisely the point: the ease guests feel here is something he builds, night after night.
