An estate this layered demands intention — and rewards you tenfold. Ivy Manor is a complex property, and that complexity is what makes your photographs, your guest experience, and your weekend unlike anywhere else. It also means you should never have to navigate it alone.

Every booking includes a dedicated on-site liaison who knows this estate intimately — where the light falls at golden hour, which gate a vendor should pull up to, how the wine cave feels at midnight. Not to hover, but to make sure nothing about the property's scale or character ever works against you. The result is an experience that feels effortless precisely because it isn't left to chance.

We host a limited number of events, retreats, and productions each year, and every one receives exclusive, full-estate access. No shared spaces. No overlapping bookings. No other guests. For the length of your booking, the entire 18 acres is yours.

For weddings, milestone celebrations, and private gatherings — enjoy the ceremony field framed by towering eucalyptus, the ballroom beneath 32-foot vaulted ceilings, the reception court with its permanent chess-board dance floor.

For those seeking a more intimate, curated experience, Ivy Manor opens its gardens and eight bedrooms to writers, creators, and small gatherings seeking somewhere to disappear into their work. Moon-touched stone, garden wandering, reading by candle light. Retreats are hosted in partnership with creators and facilitators, in intimate cohorts, on a per-room basis.

Film, editorial, and brand shoots drawn to what can't be built on a set. A 4,600 square foot ballroom, a mansion where every room is a different set, a hedge maze found nowhere else in Southern California. Ivy Manor offers location access with the texture and specificity that a soundstage can only imitate.
