    Your rental also includes up to 8 attendees, including photographers, videographers, assistants, models, HMUA, and other crew members.

    (For productions with more than 8 attendees):

    • Up to 4 hours — $500

    • Up to 8 hours — $800

    Estate Main Floor

    • Up to 4 hours — $600

    Man Cave

    Flat Fee — $75

    Quick Interior Access

    Perfect if you only need a few indoor shots.

    • Grand Foyer (30 minutes) — $50

    • Ballroom (30 minutes) — $75

    Thirty-minute add-ons take place within your scheduled rental time and do not extend your reservation.

  • Non-Exclusive Rentals

    Hourly rentals are non-exclusive, which means other approved activities may be happening elsewhere on the property during your reservation.

    If complete privacy is important for your shoot, exclusive access can be added for $100/hour.

    *Exclusive rentals are required for boudoir sessions and recommended for productions using extensive drone footage.

    Direct Booking or Peerspace

    You can reserve directly through Ivy Manor or book through Peerspace.

    Direct bookings require a Certificate of Insurance (COI). Peerspace bookings include insurance through their platform.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring props?

Yes, although some restrictions apply to 30-minute indoor add-ons. Smoke machines and large production setups are not permitted during these sessions.

Does setup time count?

Yes. Your reservation includes setup, shooting, and cleanup time, so please book enough time for your entire session.

How many people are included?

Up to 8 attendees are included with every rental. This includes everyone on your team—photographers, videographers, models, HMUA, assistants, and clients.

Is there a cleaning fee?

Rentals are expected to leave the space as it was found. Excessive cleanup or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
