There is something about a table set beneath the trees that makes an ordinary afternoon feel like an occasion.

For this editorial, Bash Boulevard Event Planning + Design brought their signature eye for thoughtful details to Ivy Manor, creating a garden gathering that felt effortlessly elegant, a little nostalgic, and entirely at home among the estate's gardens.

Based in Arizona and serving Phoenix, Scottsdale, San Diego, and Temecula, Bash Boulevard creates weddings and events that feel intentional without losing their sense of ease. At Ivy Manor, their vision found a natural counterpart in the estate's gardens, historic architecture, and winding pathways.

The result was a celebration of summer in its most beautiful form.

A Garden Made for Gathering

The estate has always been a place for lingering.

A long table beneath the trees. Cold drinks catching the afternoon light. Plates passed around between friends. Someone wandering off toward the gardens while everyone else stays behind for just one more conversation.

Bash Boulevard leaned into that feeling with a beautifully considered outdoor tablescape. Crisp white linens, vintage-inspired place settings, sculptural greenery, and touches of color created a table that felt refined without becoming overly formal.

Rather than competing with the landscape, the design allowed it to become part of the tablescape.

The trees provided shade. The gardens supplied the color. Sunlight moved across the table throughout the afternoon, changing the mood from one moment to the next.

The Details Make the Gathering

One of our favorite things about this shoot is how much attention was given to the smaller moments.

Glasses of cucumber-infused drinks were finished with delicate herbs and flowers. Fresh fruit, breads, cheeses, and beautiful little bites filled silver serving pieces and made the table feel abundant without feeling fussy.

Everything invited you to sit down.

And stay awhile.

The styling manages to feel elevated while still communicating something wonderfully simple: this is a place where people are meant to gather.

A Quiet Moment in the Gardens

The editorial also brought a softer, more romantic element to the estate, with a bride wandering through the gardens in a simple, flowing gown.

Against the greenery, the dress felt almost ethereal.

The images capture one of the things we love most about Ivy Manor: the ability to move between completely different moods without ever leaving the property. A garden luncheon can feel intimate and relaxed, while just a few steps away, the estate becomes the backdrop for something romantic, editorial, and cinematic.

Designed for More Than One Occasion
